Men’s small: sizes 6 - 7 ½ Men’s large: sizes 12 - 17
Women’s small: sizes 3 - 4 ½ Women’s large: sizes 8 - 10 ½

Level 3 - Peak and Pennine hills and dales, lower Welsh, Lakeland and Scottish hills.
Level 4 - Peak and Pennine high moors, Lakeland, Welsh and Scottish mountains.
Level 5 - Scottish, Welsh and Lakeland high mountains including C1 crampon use.
